Comprehensive Preparation
Virtual meetings require a more thorough planning process than in-person meetings. Before the meeting, directors should receive an agenda with clearly defined topics for discussion and time limits for each. This will allow them to study any information needed and prepare questions or ideas prior to the meeting.
Meet materials for the meeting early
When you can check your Facebook or email accounts, it’s easy to forget about the meeting.
